Bad Service

Daniel Mulder Distributors advertise products on a sale on their website, although they do not sell directly to the public, they have dealers listed on their website where a client can purchase their products. Upon enquiry about a product on sale, I was told told to contact the dealer as to why their price is different than the distributor. Surely it is the distributor's responsibility to inform the dealer of sale prices on certain products and not the clients?
