My name is appearing that owe this company, so my account has been handed over to the from Sportscene. However, I have not received any commutation form them regarding this. I call them today, on this number: *** and they claim they don't have a complaints dept. I should call ***. I called this number, now on credit check platform it shows that I been on it since 2018, I called the company 2021 and never acknowledged knowing and Sinazo is forcing me to say that I acknowledged the company. She alleges that the company has been sending me SMS which I have records of, emails....again no records of those emails. I asked for the complains dept, they don't have, legal department....surprise, not number just an email address. A generic one at that, I then requested every recording of the communication i.e SMS, emails, telephone number even postal mail to be sent to me. It took me 27:41mins for me to have this conversation, it seems to me that Sinazo doesn't know what to do as also I could hear Bluey playing in the background. This is really affecting me and will take this forward and dispute this.
