They deserve no star at all!

I've been calling them since yesterday morning to request a settlement letter with details of the amount outstanding and their banking details as I would like to *immediately* make payment but still this morning I called in and were told to wait for the email just like all the 3 other agents have told me yesterday which were Nqaba,Andiswa I forgot the 3rd one I spoke to yesterday until this morning I spoke to Nokwanda. I wouldn't even give them a single star a they're standing in the way of me getting my financial freedom!
