I need DMC5 removed from my credit score

I am extremely upset, as I see that my Credit profile has DMC5 on it stating that I owe them over R18000. I have no idea who they are and I did not borrow anything from them. I need this urgently removed from my credit score as I'm trying to get my credit in order.
