DMC3

I never took a loan from DMC3 and in September they added it on my report and it shows that there is no data from 31st August 2018 till up to now. Now it showing I missed two payment this month and last month. And I never took a loan from them. It is messing my credit score up. What can I do about it to who must I go to be able to take it off?
