Backlisted Without Confirmation

Who the hell is this people why would they backlist me i have never dealt with them. I never app**** for a loan from them. Can I have clarity why would they run to blacklisting if they debt collectors are they allowed to black list me after I got blacklisted by their client? Should I not get their feedback should I report them.
