Wrongly addition on credit score

Letter Confirming this account is Prescribed

I have noted that there is account named DMC which I have been listed for on my credit report from 01 June 2021, I have never made any loan as I know I do not qualify.

Please note that I have not had any communication regarding any African bank account and thus note that any account that DMC is calling about is active i do not even have their information. Therefore, this account is prescribed and what you are doing is *******.

I have not acknowledged the debt either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued. They are in contravention of the NCA Sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription Act 68 of 1969 (Prescription Act).

Debt therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed. Any negative information will be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with the relative authorities, ie, NCR and LSSA.

Please attend to this matter at the soonest and email a Prescribed letter that this account is closed to.
