wrongfully charged

an account was opened in my name **********ly to homechoice of which I proved to them that the account opened **********ly then told me my name will be cleared from all financial obligations of which they did and then out of the blue I find out that dmc says I owe them for the homechoice account. I told the consultant of what has happened then they said I must ask for a paid up letter from homechoice of which they did then I sent to dmc but now they refuse to take my name off the credit bureau saying they are busy investigating and its been over a year now they keep telling me the samething. I don't really get why they are punishing me for they administration incompetence coz none of this has anything to do with me but it's between both the companies. when I as dmc agents to atleast speak to a supervisor they always put me on hold forever
