Wrong Information when making arrangements

My IQ academy account is in arrears, I received a call from Nomkita M on the 05/08/2015. We made arrangements to pay off my IQ academy account. Nomkita advised me that I can continue with my studies now that I have made arrangements.I called IQ academy and they say this info is false.Why is she giving false info- since speaking to Nomkita I have already started with 3 modules which are now complete. I call DMC and your consultants are not any help- they take my call ask for my ID and check my details- I have spoken to over 8 consultants and they put me through to this department of DMC if not they tell me to call IQ Academy. Please can someone tell me why I got false info given to me.IQ academy accounts department I spoke to Clare and she says that I have to start afresh. I must pay this amount of R5000.00, start afresh now with IQ academy and pay over R10,000.00. I explained to Nomkita why I had financial difficulties. Why did she raise my hopes. Please can someone speak to me from DMC instead of telling me to speak to this or that person- so unprofessional of your consultants and the Managers and supervisors are never around when I ask to speak to them.
