WORST SERVICE EVER

DMC was calling me non stop, now that i settled my account and ask them for a paid up letter, they say its not showing on their system yet. (but ive send them proof of payment - and ive made an immidiate payment also! I see there is people waiting months, (i mean how long can it take to send one simple letter)
