WORST SERVICE EVER

I spoke to Phumeza on the 26.06.2020 from the above mentioned company and raised prescription on my loan acc. she promised to escalate my account to the relevant department for investigations. On the 10th of July I received an email from DMC confirming that the account is prescribed and closed,

Dear Mr Mni*****8

RESPONSE: PRESCRIPTION RAISED ON REAL PEOPLE ACCOUNT WITH REFERENCE ***7

This serves to confirm that we have considered all the information currently on hand and in light thereof, we have withdrawn our claim and closed our file herein.

I have sent emails to both Real People and DMC where I was promised a prescription letter will be sent , however I haven't received it and they are ignoring my emails and messages. if I don't get my letter by the end of this week. I will lodge a complain at the office of the Credit Ombudsman.
