Worst customer experience

Thanks to Lindelo and Hana for both giving me wrong numbers to contact when requesting my paid up letter, I spent more than an hour calling the numbers with no response and when informing them they keep giving me the same wrong numbers, now my life must be on halt because of their service while they will be taking their families out on month end with the money they get for providing the worst service. The numbers I got are *** and *** both which did not work. Thank you for the worst service I don't know how difficult it is to just send me a paid up letter, but it's very easy to contact and request payments.
