Worst company ever

The worst company to come across. I really don't know why my credit was sold to them. I had to write on Hellopeter for them to give me my settlement quote. I am now stuck because they have did not given paid up letter or cleared my name on the bureau. I have sent numerous emails with proof of payment but still nothing
