WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER
These guys have 2 accounts of mine which is now prescribed debt and I have disputed these accounts with Experian who has written this off and removed it from my name.
However, I am still under debt review for these accounts and need to submit paid up/prescribed letters to them to be removed off debt review.
I called DMC on numerous occasions and they tell me I need to dispute it to them. Other credit providers gave me letters within 48 hours but only DMC is like making it hard so that I remain the way I am. And now they say it can take up to 60 days to give the letters. What **** is that?!?! I need these letters to be sorted out ASAP.

25 Jan 2022, 16:51Why is the query closed?? As explained, the sportscene account has not been rectified as this was already prescribed by Experian and is taken off my credit profile already! Lindelwa Port has asked me to send through proof of credit report which was done and since then, no feedback whatsoever. When I keep calling they tell me I am liable to pay
