Who is DMC and why have they got me down as a bad payer

Good day, I app**** for a loan from a financial service provider only to find out that my loan application was denied. The consultant advised me to register my credentials with ClearScore and that would give me an idea of who i owe and everything. Me, knowing 100% that i do not owe anyone as i have not taken out any credit applications came to a shock of my life after registering that i am in debt with a company called DMC. Firstly, i do not know who they are, have not received any form of information of what i owe, i have been staying at my current address for over 25 years, my email address has not changed hence i receive multiple emails from service providers to take out loans or credit cards. up to this day have i not taken out any credit applications and now to my suprise i am indebted to DMC(who ever they are)..i do not have a contact number that i can call to establish what is going on. All i want is my name to be cleared as i know i do not owe anybody money. and if i do, please advise what i took credit for.
