White collar crime

I was advised by the Credit Ombuds that the OLD MUTUAL *** is a prescribed account. I called DMC to inform them to remove the account I was advised by Nompilo that the account was potentially prescribed, not knowing that it means it is sold to MBD. DMC tried to collect a prescribed debt and now MBD is trying to collect on a prescribed Debt
