What next?

<p>So my one issue with DMC was resolved and for that I am grateful, however now there is a new one.</p> <p> I received a call from them about an outstatnding acount, which I indicated was paid in full back in 2015. To my surprise I get an sms thanking me for payment made, to which I responded...I made no payment. Then I check my credit score and its been downgraded due to DMC. I called the credit agencies and they are busy with investigations now... they indicated that they can see the accounts have been paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Behold on saturday morning DMC deducts money from my account... what ping pong game are you playing. I am going to reverse the amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>DMC should check their facts and not act like a greedy company, who makes false claims against people. I also hope that this is the last time that I will have to write about this company.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
