OMG, I've got a story! 😊 So I got a missed call from this company and, girl, the lady I spoke to when I called back wasn't exactly friendly 😬. BUT, I wasn't giving up! I called back, and boom! Lutasha answers with that amazing accent and totally turns my day around! She's a rockstar - explained everything, sorted my Truworths account, and was super patient and empathetic!
