Very poor service

Debt collection agency(DMC), collecting for foschini. These people are not working i dont what are they doing. They dont care about their customers at all. I paid on the 29 of february but up until today i havent received my paid up letter. Everyone that i have spoken to is giving me the same annoying sentence that they will escalate the matter. I feel like i am the one who is mentally disturbed maybe. They dont care. I am so sick of them.
