Useless -Prescribed Debt - NOT updating credit bureau for a Truworths acc

Truworths (ac no ********** ********** ) sold a debt to DMC Debt Management and the account has prescribed. I took this up with the credit ombudsman and DMC has confirmed to the ombudsman that the debt has indeed prescribed. I have sent an email to their Legal dept requesting that they confirm that they have sent an instruction to the credit bureau to have this account removed from my credit profile and there hasn't been any response. I also need a copy of that communication , I have today followed and still no response from DMC Debt Management legal department. I need this to be attended as a matter of extreme urgency.
