Useless DMC messing up our life’s

I am really not happy with this company I had fully paid my debt and got a paid up letter but two years letter they still haven’t removed the account from my ITC it still shows even though it shows as closed but the history is still there please remove this as it is messing up my credit profile I was dealing with Tsepang Mdalane he promised it will be removed but he still didn’t ,this is really upsetting you are messing up our life’s
