Useless DMC

I settled my accounts on the 28 of april and still not apdated even now. when I enquire get told different stories by so called agents. even supervisor is also clueless about my payments. DMC is useless. I called them several times and sent emails but no answer even Im told must wait 24 hours or 5 days they all pass.
