USELESS!

I was handed over to DMC inc by MTN for not paying my 2 cell phone accounts due to the fact that I had no choice but to relocate and was without a job for a long period of time. however I have started paying them off since last year August when I started working again. i wanted to apply for a loan at ABSA bank to settle the outstanding amount but my loan as not approved due to this unpaid account that was handed over to DMC.<br> I then requested a statement from DMC to show that i have been paying off this account via debit order so that i can get a loan to pay them off but up until today i have received nothing. I call them monthly to get this statement and all the agents that i have spoken to say that it will be sent to me in the next 24 hours but its been 4 months now and i am still waiting. HOW THE HELL CAN I PAY THIS PLACE OFF IF THEY ARE THE REASON I CANNOT GET A LOAN AND ALL BECUASE OF DUMB CUSTOMER SERVICE.
