urgent response required

Good day<br> I have sent numerous emails to all DMC email address to obtain information on closing my account by paying the outsanding amount.I have not recieved any response this is rather urgent.Im sure you can appreciate im requesting this on a compliment screen and not complaint.I merely would liketo know what is the best absolute amount i can pay to settle the account.Im prepared for the deduction to be taken on the 27th of this month
