Urgent Request to Cease Unwanted Calls

Good day,

I am extremely frustrated with your company’s repeated phone calls to my number. For over six years, I have owned this number, yet your team continues to contact me looking for someone else. Despite informing your consultants multiple times, all they can offer is to make a note on their system.

Last week, after I politely requested that my number be removed, the same consultant called me back within 10 seconds. I asked to speak with a manager but was only able to speak to a team lead, who personally assured me that my number and details would be removed. Yet, the following day, I was contacted again. This occurred after business hours, and once again, no manager or team lead was available.

To my dismay, tonight the same issue has repeated itself. I demand to know where you obtained my contact information and why, after several requests, my details have not been removed from your system.

Please resolve this issue immediately, as the continuous calls are both disruptive and unacceptable.
