Unprofessional. Unfair. Unauthorized

An unauthorized account for prescribed debt was added to my credit profile affecting me negatively. No agreement was made and nothing was authorized. It is impossible to Get through to anyone to actually contact you back and provide any sort of information. Website service is pathetic. Unprofessional and *********. I am pretty sure that the response I will get here (if I get any) we will get someone to look into the matter. Ridiculous!
