Unprofessional and ************* behavior from DMC
My Capfin account was handed over to DMC for collection, I managed to settle the account March 2022. I have been struggling to get them to update that account as paid up at the Credit Bureau even though I have a paid up letter, now recently they are telling me the account is not paid. I have sent proof of payment, paid up letter issued by the company. They are busy taking me from pillar to post, this is so frustrating not to mention unprofessional behavior from this company. This issues has cost me so much stress because of their ineffeciencies.

10 Sept 2022, 07:45DMC now claims we paid them then reversed payment, what nonsense is that🙄🙄🙄???? How do you issue a paid up letter and come back after 6 months with such claims......Im still waiting for them to provide proof for their ridiculous claim, they now resorted to ignoring my emails.
