Dear DMC

I have tried on countless times to contact you regarding a debt/account I never had. This so called Capitec account was from 2010 which should be prescribed according to the National Credit Act. I have asked since December 2017 to send me the documents of this so called account to no avail. It is ******* to list prescribed debt on my credit profile. In July, an amount of R300 was debited from my account without my authority which is theft. Once again, I phoned and asked to send me the documentation of this account and it’s been a month without any response.

I would like the listing to be removed completely and confirmation sent to me in this regard by the end of the week 24th of August 2018 or I will seek legal assistance on this regarding.

I am in the process of applying for finance on a vehicle and if this ******** listing is the cause of me not getting approved, I will take legal action.
