I noticed that you have activated an account on my credit profile for a credit card. I do not have a credit agreement with you. You have no right opening up a active account for money I owed someone else. It is against the national credit act and was written into law that you have no right to do this.
I want this account removed from my credit profile immediately and if it is not, I will refer this to my attorney at your cost.
