Unknown blacklisting

I have no idea about this company and only found out today as I’m checking my credit score and they listed me with something like R8-9k. I don’t know why they listed me and when, so I would like them to just remove me as they really messing up my credit score. I am unemployed and trying by all means to stay clean then this happens...it’s really frustrating.
