Unknown Account on my Credit Profile

I have their account showing in their account and I’ve never taken credit with them. All my accounts are closed as per my ClearScore profile, only had one which was new and it’s paid up.

Never spoken to anyone from this company and it’s showing since 2013. Can’t apply for credit because of it
