Unhappy and disappointed

I have noticed that there is an account named DMC5 which is listed on my credit profile all of a sudden with no idea or recollection of this Whatsoever neither have i ever been contacted about this. And it is appalling and disgusting that this seems to be allowed and has gone on so and affected so many people with nothing done about it especially during such a harsh and difficult time for everyone in South Africa

Kindly be advised that I have not had any communication regarding any such account. This account listed by DMC3 should in fact be dormant as it has not been acknowledged in the past three or more years. Therefore, this account is prescribed and having the account still listed on my credit profile is *******.

I have not acknowledged any such debt in the past three years or so, neither in writing or verbally. I have not made any payments towards such an account, neither have I made any agreements to pay. No summons has been issued within the last 3 years. They are in contravention of the NCA Sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription Act 68 of 1969 (Prescription Act).

This so-called listing is therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request that this matter be closed and any negative information must be removed from my credit profile as soon as possible.

Please attend to this matter urgently and forward me a settlement letter to confirm that this "account" is closed and no longer affecting my credit rating.
