Unhappy

I settled my Markhams (paid full) 5 months ago, when i asked for my credit report from Transunion, The debt appeared still, i called transunion and they confirmed no report or whatsoever from DMC was provided to them. I called the call center number @ DMC *** several times and no one assistant me, i have sent out a couple of emails to the helpdesk, but no response - this is very disappointing.
