Unfair ITC Listing

After Many Attempts that i made contact with DMC I'm still listed on ITC because of fraught that was committed on my name. The TFG Group gave me a letter to state that this matter was in fact fraught and also advise that the account it closed. I have send this letter over and over and also spoken to the TFG Group today and they advise that DMC needs to clear my ITC. Supplier ID 6568 Account No ***4
