Unfair business practice

I am deeply hurt by the report that I had found in my credit score. Minus (-11) affected by an unknown DMC5 that I don’t remember doing business with. Please remove yourself from my ITC, you are already affecting my credit score hence we have no business together. You’re doing a dirty unfair business practice. Stop affecting my business score with immediately effect !!!!
