Unfair blacklisting from DMC Debt Collectors

I recently discovered that DMC Debt Management has blacklisted me on behalf if Cell C. No one from DMC contacted me regarding the account. I never received any emails or phone calls from them but my ITC record shows that I was blacklisted by them. This is harassment and an unfair act. DMC remove the record from the ITC and follow a proper ethic engagement process.
