Unfair badlisting by DMC debt

DMC (Real People) have badlisted my name for Paid-up Standard Bank Credit card and ABSA Credit. Dcm, it seems buys old paid-up accounts. I have been trying to have these matters resolved back a forth between DMC and the banks, but the situation is still prevailing. I need some intervention in this regard.
