UNFAIR AND ********* PRACTICE WHAT A JOKE

Is there anyone that can assist us with our complaints against this DMC Company. It seems that they can just do whatever they want, list things on your Credit Profile, then remove it, but hello dum dum the damage has already been done. This is unacceptable and *********. You are destroying peoples names and lives because of ur incompetence. After 2 yrs they list a prescribed account on my credit profile which I by the way have already receiced an sms for to say thank you for your pmt account closed. Now i have been battling for almost 3 weeks to get a prescribed letter. What type of Circus are you people running there...
