********* service
I missed a premium for theonth of May and got a call from one of the agents to make another debit order arrangement which was suppose to go off on the 3rd July 2018 but the company debited the 30 June 2018 which was still not a problem for me. Received my settlement letter on Tuesday the 2nd from Mbalikazi and made calls to ensure they don't debit on the 3rd. I was promised by Khanyisa that they would not debit and she gave me assurity. The 3rd July 2018 a debit goes off again and when I contact them to ask I get an apology and a story that it usually doesn't debit after account status says settled. I am charged bank debit order fees to start with and now I have to call agents with my own airtime. I was promised by Hannah a call back till today I have received nothing. I spoke to Nomawethu on the 5th July 2018 who advised a team leader is available to help now I must wait 7 working days for a reversal why was I calling to confirm in the first place if I have to spend so much time having financial implications. I hate empty promises and I don't have 7 days to wait as I have financial implications I need my money with urgency cause I called before the debit wenboff to confirm.
