Under debit restruction

I am so passed off with this company I have been trying for them to remove my name from being under debit review construction for almost 3 years I received a paid up letter and was told that it will be removed it is almost 4 years that this shot is on my name.i was told when I signed up that I will receive a paid up letter and my name will be cleared up till today I am struggling with this problem.i need my name to be removed and I will not pay another company 1500 to get my name removed so please please remove my name
