Unauthorized debit order

Dmc debt management, what a pathetic company to deal with. They send a field agent where I was staying, all addresses, when they took them I don't know. With field agent we agreed that I am going to pay R250 each month. Before they even deduct the first instalment, the call center agent called me that I have two accounts I must pay requesting that R250 be dividend into two. R125 x 2. I refused, stating that I maintain the initial agreement. Immediately after the call, I saw the message that on my phone urging me to accept two debit orders of R125 each.. I declined. The same message kept on popping up and I declined. To my surprise tyme back send the message that debit order of R125 has be approved to be deducted on the 29/11/2023. To my surprised who agreed because I declined everytime the pop up notification to accept debit order came. When I check into my account, I find that it's true, I have dmc debit order R125 and dmc R250 to be dedicated on the same day. Dmc u starting to make my life hell.
