Unauthorised Visit
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an unannounced visit from your consultant, Thulisile Mthembu, on Good Friday.
This visit took place without my consent or any prior arrangement, and it occurred in front of my family, which I find highly inappropriate and a breach of my privacy. I have previously accommodated a visit with proper consent and scheduling, however this recent incident was completely unexpected and unacceptable.
I am extremely concerned about this conduct and request that no further contact or visits be made to my residence. I do not wish to have any further association with DMC.
Please treat this matter with urgency and ensure that my details are handled with the necessary confidentiality and respect going forward.
