Unauthorised debit orders - not per agreement

Duplicate debit orders without approval .. !!!!!! But you guys have the audacity to phone a person like 20 times ?

Still haven’t received my refund. Spoke to an agent on Thursday you sent my an sms on the 1st of June to confirm the refund is in progress but still NOTHING due to your incompetency I have to sit with the inconvenience?
