Unauthorised debit orders

How does your company debit money for a debi check that I did not accept? You sent a debi check in April which I did not accept. Didnt debit in May as a result, debited in June than I reversed the debit order. Now you guys debited again and made sure I'm unable to reverse it, you have no right to debit money from my account without my consent. I want my money back, you really know how to inconvenience people. Tired of the harrassment from DMC
