Unauthorised debit
I have agreement with these guys that they will debit my account last day of the month. They debited my account on the 15th of December without my consent. Money that I was supposed to use to travel to a funeral. They say I was sent and SMS on the 11th of December to notify me that money will be debited on the 15th, I never received any communication from them. Now I have to go borrow money while i have money in my bank account. I wish I had money to settle the account because I won't lie, they ruined my day.
