Unattended Case and Rude Consultant

Someone stole my ID and opened an Identity and Truworths account under my name. I have sent DMC all requested documentation to prove it was *****.

I got a call from Linda a very rude consultant from DMC telling me i need to pay even though someone else committed a crime and used my ID to open that account.

Even today my case has not been sorted out
