Unacceptable useless service

I have paid up my account with DMC ( IQ ACEDAMY) on the 1st of February 2022 already an have called them requesting a paid up letter an up to date 24 February 2022 have not received anything from them an they have not even updated anything with the credit union this is very unacceptable as I have made contact with them more then once requesting a paid up letter an for them to update with the credit union
