*****ulent debt collectors

This company is ****ming people. I have paid up my fnb credit card debt through them but now fnb cannot issue a paid up letter and the debt still appears on my profile. It had been over 8 months now, I have tried everything possible from contacting them to contacting fnb, to lodging disputes via Experian. I feel ******, because this is standing infront of me and my financial freedom. And I have paid them. All they did was to send me the paid up letter and they mentioned they can’t assist with the removal of the flag from my profile. If you get a call from this guys I suggest you call your creditor, try negotiating via your creditor and avoid this company at all cost.
