Ufair/ Appaling Treatment by DMC

I have been in contact with you guys from May 2015 regarding my alleged account. Documents were sent to you guys regarding this, matter however to my dismay I found that this matter hasn't been resolved, this is by far the worst service I have received. Every time I would call to check up on my pending complaint I am told that there is no record of my correspondence. <br> <br> I expect this matter to be resolved within 7 working days. Should there be no joy still, the FSB will be my only recourse.
