truworths and dmc *****s *****

very unfair apparently my account was sold to dmc after i paid it at truworths!!! not picking up the phone . not replying to my emails. how can i send a proof of payment when i have nowhere to send it to!!! someone made a mistake you need to fix my creditscore!!! my truworths was paid in august and september i got the bank statements of my debitcard. i got the slips from truworths that i paid 4700 in store!!! happy to take my money!!! then a month after that my account that is paid has now been sold to dmc.

no one is willing to help me between dmc and truworths my creditscore has been affected and my money no trace. iv got the slips but you are failing to give me a way of sending it to you!!! take your **** of my creditscore!!! email me where i can send my proof of payments !!! and i wont pay interest for money that was paid!!! very bad customer service
